Tracker history

I noticed my tracker seems to have lost the info that I put in from when I first started. Does it save the hostory anywhere or does that get lost after a number of days?  It'd be nice if I can keep the long range history.

Try this to print out your tracker:

1. Move the slider to show the date range you want to print (if you want to print more than what can be displayed, you'll have to repeat these steps).

2. Right click on the tracker.

3. Choose "Save Image As"

4. You can save it wherever you want...your desktop is a good option.

5. Open the image file from your desktop and print.

6. Repeat for other date ranges if necessary.

I found the scroller. Now I wonder how to get my mood tracker into a printable format to share with my psychologist. He's not allowed internet access during appointments.

We've looked into this a bit more and it seems that all the data is still there. It looks like you have data back through May 30th and you added the tracker on May 29th. Did you enter historical information?

Or perhaps the data has just scrolled off the page. In order to go back to see your historical data, use the slider at the top of the tracker to move back and forth in time.

Let us know if this solves the issue.

Thanks,

I was checking my weight tracker and saw that my data was at the very far left. I'm not sure what got lost since I don't remember the day I started.

The tracker was designed to allow you to keep the history of your data, so we need to investigate this further. Can you tell us which tracker is affected, what values were lost (was it mood, weight, journals, symptoms, etc), and what date range is affected? Since you don't see the data anymore, it might be difficult, but if you have a guess, that would certainly help.
