Trying to find a group

Trying to find a group for the loss of a loved one. I lost my dad almost 4yrs ago but i am not nearly over it and was looking for a support group to join.

I read your request and I am sorry for your loss but I know you don't need to hear that. I have lost both my parents. My Dad at 12y.o and Mum at 23 y.o. My Dad was 33 and my Mum was 44. Far too young for all of us but......it happened. I do understand the hole in your heart and nothing in this world can fill it. Just know that he obviously loves you as you love him n maybe mediums or "you can heal your life" (Louise Hay) type of groups are a great place to start. That is the direction I chose and can see life a lot clearer now and actually love life sooo much. It's not a quick fix but it certainly helps us bring things into focus. I truly wish you good healing and much love to surround you. Kabby :)
