Is there any way ones mood can be changed at all ? I thought I put up something and it was changed ??.

Yes you should be able to change this right on your profile page by editing the mood. Currently I see it says that your mood is "cool." Let us know if you need any help :D
i think if you go on ur profile and click on edit where it says 'margypops mood is...' you should be able to change it there
