Hi there -
Thanks for taking the time to send suggestions! We really appreciate it, and I've passed these on to our Product Developer.

Dear Claire,
Thank you for responding...just some examples might include some words in the shame, fear, suffering, disgust, humiliation, despair, melancholy, aggravation, irritation, rage, neglect, loneliness, apprehension, distress, cool, frustrated, zany, distracted, dissociated, curious, creative, deep, motivated, pensive, needy, emotive, need a hug, quiet, creative, expressive, nurturing, self-soothing, caring, etc...
Or in terms of depression...just rating emotional pain from 1 mild to 10 suicidal or incrediby painful...and then use descriptives...etc. Would be helpful for my T to be able to rate the level of need to SI as well...like 1-5 or whatever...like 1 not much or 4 surfing the urges or 5 ready to self-harm.
Just some general suggestions....
I hope I'm not being too forward or presumtuous or anything. I really like your site and the trackers and am learning a lot here. I've also got a great list of emotions in Word that I'd be happy to send you if you'd be interested in it and if you have an email address or something that is public and you don't mind giving sharing it with me...
Thanks again for listening..
Take care..
WB
Hi, Wysteriablue,
Can you be more specific about what kinds of moods you'd like to see?
