Problem

Logged into MH today and it is very slow , and also keeps slipping off MH altogether, when I click onto forums or profile it wont stay there or is very slow , takes me off MH ..hard to explain ..I think I heard another member last week say they were having this problem .Any ideas...could you report this to the tech people please.Thank you

After a week it is getting worse, mostly on the forums ,the pms seem okay ..MH goes off screen and into the systems tray I have to click 2-3 times to get MH back on the screen, today sometimes it wont come up onto the screen at all .Its also still extremely slow ..all my other sites are normal only Med help is giving me a problem .

Update ..it is slipping off MH all the time ..when I clicked on this forum mh disappeared and I had to click on it in the systems tray to get it back..it does it all the time , it is still very slow ..As I can get any other web sites I do with no problem and the search engines ,i do feel the problem lies here with Med help..been almost a week now , would it be possible to check with the tech people .Thank you .

I am still having many problems ..on coming to this forum I clicke onto Med Help suggestions forum after a long wait it slipped off MH into the systems tray then I had to click 2 times to bring up this forum ...Be grateful if you would tell the tech support it is still not working..the problem seems to be with the forums ..It is making it almost impossible to use Med Help ..thank you

No I have http://   no s its not the same problem as Linda ..its early morn here in CA   I just came online it seems worse if anything, each time I click to change anything, like I will click to post this comment it slips off MH ,goes into the systems tray, I then have to click  there to get Mh back ,its as if each time I want to go to a new forum or submit it doesnt let me..very hard to explain ..its very very slow .All my other sites are normal and I have scanned and emptied the cache .I can find no problems my end ..I am aware of this is 3rd day of struggling with it .....thanks guys for help , is tech support back yet?

Claire, maybe the problem Margy is having is similar to my profile picture not sticking.  Maybe MH is overloaded. Granted, my problem is not as big of a deal but like I posted above, I have had other issues that seem to have been fixed. Emily is who i contacted before.

Margy, are you using http or https.  When I click yes on the https securiyt pop-up I have problems at first with some of the text and my pictures.  This all started weeks ago when we were told to switch our security settings to https.  That's when I started having problems but i have no clue how it all fits together.  For awhile I couldn't send notes or access anyone's friends lists or journals.  That is fixed now, I guess.  But my submitting button would just sit and swirl.

Hi Cheryl we cleared the cache and scanned the system again, I have just come back online and it seems slower than ever I struggled to get here , it slips off MH every time I click ..then I click MH in the systems tray to get back on , It took minutes to do anything .I have just tried 2 other sites I use they are normal so I think it must be an MH problem ..

Thanks for the update, Margy --  the tech team is aware of the problems you're having, and I'll let you know about any updates as we get them.  Can you log off MedHelp and then log back in and let us know if the problems persist?

By now, I'm guessing you've scanned your system for viruses and trojans, and that you've cleared your cache.  If not, it would be a good idea to do both while we wait to hear  back from the tech folks.

Still doing it..getting here I clicked onto Improve Med help suggestions ..after a mins wait it slipped off and into the systems tray I had to click on it there to get back to MH ..each click I make for any site takes at least a minute then ...slips, goes, dropsoff,departs Lol  into the systems tray ..No other sites on my PC are doing this .

Any chance of telling them again Cheryl..it seems owrse and when I click on anything that says submit or post a comment it goes off Med Help ..extremly slow even getting to this site .Could you send me a message as it takes forever to get here each time ..Thank you

okay thanks...its getting worse It wont let me get here...well I had to shut MH down and start again ..okay will leave it with them to fix...a few folks have had varying problems recentlly more than usual ..

Seems to be worse..it just came up I had joined a group I didnt join , I was reading a post on the group I did not contribute to the post . also .when I click submit it goes off MH every time ..

Yes as I tried to click on here it took me off MH ...anything I click on either takes me off or is very slow in connecting..its almost unusable ...
