Hi Emily,
I have the exact same problem as "bobdylan1958".As usual I've been posting regularly, several times a day.My badges have been dropping from 4 to actually 3. Of course I understand perfectly well that badges may drop if one does not post enough, but you could check in the "Breast Cancer Community Forum" page after page and see for yourself how many times I comment on posts.
On January 25th I regained a 4th star and just 7 days later it dropped again to 3.
I've been told by a moderator, that the Engineering Team found a bug and they were going to fix this problem, but it looks like it's not happening....As a matter of fact it's getting worse!.
It's really not a big deal for me,but I think there is definitely a problem there and it should be fixed, because some members might feel like their contribution is not appreciated and it's embarrassing.
Thanks Emily for reading my message and for your help.
All the best to you...
Sue.

Hi there -

The stars are based on a formula which is partly based on how often you post.  If you haven't posted as often, you may lose stars.

How many stars have you lost?

Emily
