I have found that there is no way to edit a post :{
It would be appreciated by many, i am sure to provide this feature on the site.

We all do that and after a few hours of reading and posting, we all get very fluent in chat typo.

You may want to check out ieSpell if you use Internet Explorer. I'm sure there's a similar plug-in for Firefox and other browsers.

I understand your point, but I agree with spendnfast. Case in point... I just made a post and have a typo in the title line.... Oh... to be able to go back and correct it!

Previous posts provide an archive of medical information that may be useful to other MedHelp users and visitors to the site. Deleting posts does not help others get the information and support for which they are searching, and deleted posts may interrupt the flow of the discussion in a forum leaving subsequent posts incomprehensible. For this reason, MedHelp does not allow users to delete posts.
