I wonder how many of us men and woman... have been into that Black Hole of hell cause its not a nice place to be.
But going on those dating sites sure helped  by giving me a long golden ladder to climb out with and that was  the confidence  back in myself , to know I was not old and ugly  but  Aged and Attractive  to the opposite sex lol.    
But not a cougar goodness me what ever next.

Must admit girls was sorely  tempted with a 43yro but chickened out could not do it and he was so yummy and sexy.
Stuck to my age group sort of ,55yrs and older thought they would be more my speed ....boy was I wrong! they are all on this energy kick  climbing mountains, jumping out of planes, gym 5 times a week........Phew.

Still battled through somehow Ho Hum.

Haha, I don't know where that energy comes from.  I guess the mid-life crisis kicks in real hard for them.  I need some energy over here though.  I have been in the black hole 2 years ago, and it lasted about a year.  Never thought I would get out.  Then we had a bump about 5 months ago but I never fell deep in.  Now I have truly found myself and am more concerned with making myself happy over waiting for him to do it.  I'm "interdependent" (as specialmom states) now.  I'm really enjoying getting to know me again and not revolving my world around someone else.  I love him but I love me more.  He has been wonderful, got a nice massage last night from him.  But I refuse to let his actions control my life.
