Should I be worried about my infertility med side effect?

Hello I am having horrible side effects from the in vitro meds.  I am throwing up and having horrible diahrea and a horrible stomach ache and a horrible headache, my abdomen is huge and very bloated and I am retaining fluid.  I have been on the follistism and the menopur.  I haven't taken it in over a week, now I am on Progesterone injections.  My retrieval was on Friday then my transfer was yesterday and when they did the ultrasound before the transfer my ovaries are still producing follicles.  If you know of anything that will help or  if I should be very concerned because the re's office that I go to will not let me talk to the md and the nurses told me that they really do not know what to say.

Thank you

I would insist on seeing the REI doctor.  You may have ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and may need to check labs and do ultrasound with your REI.  If you cannot urinate, or if you are gaining weight more than 5lbs or if you have difficulty in breathing you should see your doctor immediately. I cannot understand why they will not let you see your REI. Be careful not to press on your belly or have another doctor press to hard on your pelvis as you may have cause ovarian cyst rupture and internal bleeding.  You also can get ovarian torsion which has the symptoms of severe pelvic pain, nausea and vomiting. SEE YOUR REI ASAP.

thank you so much for the advice. I saw my re today and they did an us and I am having symptoms of hyperstimulation but not any cysts or free fluid in the abdomen.  They gave me phenergan and now the symptoms have subsided somewhat.
