Medicines for grade 3 NAFLD?

Hello! What medicines are usually prescribed for NAFLD of grade 3?
I've read on internet that there are no medicines or treatment available for this then what's done? How is it cured?

it's true sleep apnea causes liver damage in the form of NAFLD in many patients something like 50% or 90% and also diabetes, heart damage arrythmia, brain damage or white tangles on DTI MRI and there is no cure to this disease now
maybe I should become an MD PHD and research a cure

yeah not drinking is probably best.  I've been taking choline and NAC and will have a sonogram to see if it helped my NAFLD.  
there are a few studies that show moderate alcohol lowers diabetes risk and increases life span

sleep apnea can contribute to NAFLD.  I think the less alcohol that you drink the better.  Good luck.

I have NAFLD after drinking 2 beers once or week or less and sleep apnea.  it's a serious disease?  I had liver damage 80/260 after tracheotomy with anesthesia and still feel nauseous when I drink one beer.  I guess it's best to not drink at all?  Thanks very much

If there is nothing for the treatment then does it mean that NAFLD cannot be cured?

none of these medications are to treat fatty liver and there is nothing currently on the market to do so.  Some patients take vitamin E for it.
