Swollen lymph nodes in groin for years

I’ve had swollen lymph nodes in my groin for almost 6 years. I found a few in my neck that got me concerned again. I have had blood work done and everything came back normal I have a biopsy scheduled but I am freaking out. I don’t have any unusual symptoms other than some lower abdominal pain but nothing persistent.
