Hi,
How are you? headache or pain in the head or neck which intensifies on movement can be caused by inflammation of the blood vessels of the head or bony changes in the structures of the neck. Anti-inflammatory drugs or muscle relaxants may help. If it persists, you may need to have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
PS: Just thought of something. Pain under your ear *could* be a sign of TMJ, or even grinding your teeth. Have you been under more stress than usual in the past 2 weeks? Is the place where your jaw meets your skull on the right side less tender than the left side? If so, you might want to think about seeing a dentist in addition to a doc, or at least DEFINITELY mention it to your doc.
Good luck!
~Dame
Have you been to see your GP? If this headache's been going on for 2 weeks, I would say that it's time to call in a doc and see what they have to say. It could be something relatively simple to solve, like you pulled a muscle or something without knowing it, or it could be a sign of something more serious.
Take care and keep us posted,
~Dame
