Hi,
is this pain like migraines?

Hi!
A clinical examination is very essential for an accurate diagnosis. Based on the information shared by you there are a few possibilities. The commonest cause is tension headache. It is usually caused due to stress, depression; anxiety. There may be dull or squeezing type of pain which feels like a tight band. Migraine headaches may cause throbbing, pulsating type of headache which may start on one side of head. There may be associated nausea and vision problems. Conditions like temporal arteritis can also produce severe throbbing headache, nausea, vision problems etc.Sometimes serious conditions like meningitis, encephalitis, brain tumor, arteriovenous malformation, brain aneurysm and high blood pressure can cause these symptoms. Take adequate rest and sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily. Indulge in exercise and yoga to stay away from stress. If the symptoms still persist seek medical help. Do keep us updated.
Best wishes!
