Head pressure headache

Hi my name's Andy im 20 years old male. I exercise and eat healthy. The other day i was driving home from the mountains and out of nowhere i got this really bad headache. My sinus closed and my ears started to ache. I felt like a really bad pressure in my head like if someone was squeezing my head. i could still breathe normally from my mouth and vision and movements were all ok. I get scared really easily when it comes down to my health so i started getting nervous. But then the pressure/headache went away after about a 1minute and i calmed myself down. I felt like  my ears were still plugged and a little bit of pressure about the rest of the night. I did some research and it said it might be because of allergies or stress or maybe a migraine. I'm not really famliar with any of those except allergies.

what can be the reason for this and what are some good remedies?
thank  you

not since that one time. little ones here and there but not anything compared to the first one. could of it been either alcohol, or stress or allergies or maybe even altitude change that triggered it?
