Headache only on off days

I have a headache whenever I don't go to work (or anywhere else) and stay at home. This has been happening for past one year. I have a sinus problem and also acidity (gerd). But I don't understand why they would impact only on holidays.

Do you not drink as much coffee/tea on your days off? Perhaps there are changes to your sleep schedule on your days off?

Probably the most helpful resource I've found is "Heal Your Headache" by David Buchholz: https://www.amazon.com/Heal-Your-Headache-David-Buchholz/dp/0761125663

I get Migraines on weekends more than any other time and I usually drink four to five cups of coffee a day at work. I rarely drink coffee on weekends so I think there is a correlation. Now I make sure to drink a lot of coffee on weekends too. Migraines are a strange animal - I hate them with a vengeance.
