Headache caused by wet hair and low outside temperature

Hello, i'm 22 years old male. In early feb 2015 i went outside just after taking a bath, my hair was wet and temperature outside was probably bellow 5 degrees Celsius. Actually i dried my hair but my back head remained relatively wet. After that day, every time my head is wet and it's a bit colder outside, i feel pain (at that exact area of head back) and i feel tired. For example in jun i was back from swimming pool and i went in air-conditioned house in which air was about 10 degrees Celsius cooler than outside. Immediately i felt like i had a hammer hanged on the back of my head, i felt tired, even felt sleepy. So what's my diagnosis? Is this a common thing and can i do something about this?

Thanks in advice,

MakingPlays

Well, blood circulation and headaches are closely connected.  Indeed, a classic remedy for headaches and migraines, is to use moist cold and warm facecloths on the neck and forehead to see if that will change the circulation enough to cure the headache/migraine.  Similarly, trying soaking the hands in very warm water.

You appear to have added a headache trigger (wet, cold back of the head) that now causes headaches in you from lesser exposures to that sensation.

What to do?  My suggestions are:  a) be aware of this likely connection between continued exposures and your headaches, and, b) diligently avoid such exposures for a longish period (years?) and hope that this syndrome discontinues.
