Migraine after sex

I've had migraines since I was a teenager, but they've become pretty much manageable using ibuprofen or acetaminophen. However, after having sex or bringing myself to orgasm, I without fail wake up the next morning with a migraine headache that does not respond to either of these medications. It lasts for about a day. Is there any medication I can take or method I can apply before or after sex that can prevent or mitigate the headaches?
