I am 30 years old, male. For over 2 years I've had constant "head pressure". Based on all the research I've done, my symptoms probably most closely math "new daily onset headache", with no history of headache I develop a tension-like head pressure, frontal yet diffuse in that it also feels very deep into the center of my head. There feels like alot of tension in my forehead (hard to raise eyebrows) and tension in eye movements (left to right). I also frequently have morning headache, a different kind of "headache on top of a headache" with migraine like feature, throbbing, photophobia. The morning headaches respond well to ibuprofin but the dull "head pressure" has not responded in the least to any 8 prescription drugs including narcotics.
Often, in a "syncope-like pattern", I feel the pressure increase and throbbing in my head upon standing, the same head pressure I always feel, and frequently my hearing fades as this happens (as if I am under water). It is almost as if this same pressure I always feel follows the same pattern you would expect of syncope-upon standing and the pressure "spreads" down inside my head to my ears and "sucks away" my hearing. But this increase in symptoms returns to base line in maybe 40 seconds after standing, similar to syncope. I also sometimes notice an increase in pressure in my nose and often vertigo when laying down.
MRI, MRA, MRV, CT, EEG, labs all normal. Deviated septum and redness in nasal mucosa recognized by ENT and surgery offered, but this seems such a longshot (of note however heavy dose antibiotics very slightly improved redness and head pressure). Out of money, out of options, please please help.
