A 6-MONTH HEADACHE

I have this headache for the past 6 months that just doesn't want to go away.  It gradually started as a few headaches here and there.  Now, my symptoms have worsened to 24/7 headache, pressure, numbness, tingling,  pain on the scalp, chills, cold toes, nausua every few days then constipation and so on, ears feel like an infection, but not, sporadic dizziness, unable to stand for long periods of time without needing to lie down.

Before I rush myself to a nearby ER,  could there be something serious with my head, like a tumor?
