Dr. Santos is right.  You need to get to the doctor and get a CT scan.  When someone has the migraine of their life, it can mean that they are about to have a stroke.  That's what happened to me.  So get to a doctor and be very clear about how bad your migraines are.  Plus you mentioned Fiorinal. Did you know that taking that pain killer more than 2 days a week risks rebound migraines.  It is notorious for that.  And taking any pain reliever, even OTC ones, for more than 3 days a week, you risk rebound migraines.  I didn't know and later fired the doctor for a bunch of other mistakes as well. Wish you better days.

Hi,
What other symptoms are present? While migraine variants such as hemiplegic migraine may present with a variety of symptoms, it is important that organic or secondary causes be ruled out. If medications are not helping, you may need to check with your doctor for proper management. Imaging studies such as CT scan or MRI may also help identify the underlying issue. Take care and do keep us posted.
