Spots on brain, severe head aches, sharp pains

I had an MRI done and it showed spots on my brain. My doctor isnt so great and didnt really explain much of anything to me, so I came here. Ive been having terrible headaches for some time now. Ive experimented with different medications but nothing really seems to work. Ive tried migraine medicine, pain killers, prevention migraine medicine, everything. The closest medicine that I found was Darvocet and it doesnt even fully work, just kinda dulls the pain. The headaches can get severe enough to where I start throwing up and getting hot flashes.
Ive also been having sharp pains in my head. I wouldnt call these headaches, more like a shooting pain that will last for a few excruciating seconds and then its gone just as fast.
Id like something more concrete to go on than just "you have spots on your brain" since I dont even know what that means. Please help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? The white spots in the brain signifies areas which have been damaged. It is important that the MRI plates be reviewed directly to help with the interpretation. Your complete medical history and direct examination will also be needed such as visual evoked potential or spinal tap fluid. Check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.

I would be trying to get a specialist appointment with a neurologist, or a second opinion from another doctor at least.  Hopefully you find someone more supportive than your current 'professional'.
