Status migrainosus and skull indention on MRI.

So I've had this migraine for what today, makes 118 days. It has been nonstop. Been diagnosed with status migrainosus. There hasn't been a moment where it has been below a 5 and have spent about 75% of the time between 9-10. It has been horrendous. Nothing has been able to break this cycle. My neuro has tried many things. I have thought for awhile that I could feel an indention at the back of my skull. I've gotten some crazy looks at the mention of it. Had to have another MRI due to the unending migraine. Looking at the images, there is a drastic difference in the back of my skull from the last MRI and this most recent one. Definitely concave in nature. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing?
