Headches everyday

I have had Chronic Daily Migraines for about 15 years now and am allergic to every migriane med they have tried me on. I am so sick of living like this any suggestions?

I am sorry that you have been through so much. With fibro, headaches, and RA has anyone mentioned a gluten and dairy free diet? Gluten and dairy give me horrible migraines, also my sister has fibro and she felt so much better now that she is on a gluten and dairy free diet. (Also has anyone checked your thyroid especially your free T3 levels because they are learning that T3 resistance can cause fibro. (If you need meds you could get Armour that is just hormone and I do not think there is any additives.) If you need T4 for thyroid the one med I have found I can take is Tirosint. No dyes or additives just gelatin, water, and T4.

PS I also have to stay away from any artificial sweetener, high fructose corn syrup, certain nuts, nitrates/nitrites, and limit my caffeine intake.

No i had cervical cancer and had a hystarectomy about 10 years ago I slo have fibromialga, kidney disease and rhmeuitoid arthritis degenerative joint and disc disease, Schmorals and modic change of the discs in my back, and few other things too but the problem is i am allergic to so many meds it makes it impossible to treat me. I am just so sick of the headaches and they are getting worse.

If you are a female-- has anyone looked into endometriosis? I know my endo is back or getting worse because my migraines go through the roof (also birth control pills make them worse.) If you thing it might be endo contact the endo association to find an endo specialist near you as a general ob/gyn does not know enough about endo to properly diagnose and treat it.

I sympathize with allergies to meds I think I drive my doctors crazy because of how many meds I cannot have.
