Have you ever seen a doctor for this?
Migraine can be caused by so many different things, and sometimes it's hard to find a trigger.
Common triggers are stress, sleep disturbances, food triggers, weather changes, alcohol, sensory stimuli like lighting and sounds, medications - there's more and it's a long list.

There are some great treatments available for it, but you need to see your doctor to make sure there isn't something physical causing your pain, and then talk about treatments.
Definitely start paying attention for triggers, too.
I hope you feel better.
