I was diagnosed with Intracktable Migraines.....whatever that is....I consider it a constant daily migraine that have different levels of intensity depending on the day sometimes depending on the hour.
I have status migrainous which is a migraine that lasts for 72 hours or more. Mine has lasted for over 8 years. I then get ice pick headaches on top of the constant migraine. I also have muscle tension headaches, and then chemical/food induced migraines on top of the status migrainous.
fun, no?
I also have daily/chronic migraines that have been since youth. They trigger with so many things it's hard to keep track, but auras are present usually. Got a combo going with seizures, no worries -petit mal only and meds keep in check. One question for everybody...I get not a terrible nosebleed, but blood present in the nostril to the side where the migraine will get worse. Does anybody else?

I do sometimes get a nosebleed with my migraines, again, usually on the side that's worse.
We think Migraines follow seizures, but this has not always been the case. When I was younger it was near my cycle.
Serenity-- never had nose bleeds, keep us posted on that. Check out this post.......
