Hi,
If this happens twice a year then you may easily pinpoint the most possible trigger that may be associated with your symptoms.
Are your symptoms associated with excessive emotions, strenuous activities or exercises? I suggest that you try to engage yourself in interesting activities and spend time with families and friends. Is there anything that worries you recently? You have mentioned that the symptoms came back after you have stopped working. I recommend you try to fill in your day with worthwhile and interesting activities that will set your mind away from your symptoms.
A baseline examination will still be best. A cardiac evaluation, a cranial CT scan and assessment of the neck vessels will be able to help .Maintain a positive attitude. Depression and anxiety may also present with headaches and other distressing symptoms.

Hi Maria,
How old are you ?
For how long have you been experiencing this?
Are your headaches always associated with fainting?
What are the surrounding events or conditions that seem to trigger or aggravate your headaches?
Will you be able to elaborate more on your headache's character? Where is it located? How would you describe it ? Is it sharp, stabbing, dull, throbbing or pulsating?
Are there any associated symptoms like blurring of vision, numbness of the arms and legs, slurring of speech?
These are questions just to clarify. Do keep us posted with your answers.
