head and neck pain

I have had a headache for the past 10 years straight.  It has never gone away.  3 years ago I found a osteoma in my sinus.   I had the bony tumor removed, thinking it would get rid of the headaches.  It made them worse.  Now I don't know what is causing my head and neck pain.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What has the doctor had to say about it?  If nothing, you need to see a headache specialist or at least a neurologist.  There is something that can be done to help you.  If the neurologists have been able to help me with 24/7 severe migraines since a stroke, they can help anyone.

There are many treatments and medications to prevent headaches from starting in the first place.  If you're on pain pills frequently, you will have perpetual headaches forever from rebounding from the pills.

Hi,
How are you? I'm sorry to hear about your chronic headache. Were there imaging studies done in the past?  Check with your doctor or be referred to a neurologist for proper evaluation. An evaluation by a neurologist would indeed very helpful in determining the diagnosis and management. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
