Hi,
Thank you for posting. Headaches can be due to primary or secondary headaches. Primary headaches are attributed to changes in the blood vessel or bony changes in the head. This includes migraine, tension and cluster headaches. It can also be caused by secondary headaches which may be attributed to trauma, malignancies or underlying medical conditions. It is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and best regards.
Headaches occur because of too much blood flow to the brain, muscular strain in the head, stress, reduced blood flow to the head and they occur when you are ill because of the antibodies and bacteria. Its not your brain hurting as they do not have pain receptors, just building a background for the information I have given you incase if you did not already know what I have just told you, headaches are caused by one of the factors listed above and are sensed by the nerves and muscles inside your head and neck.
