painless feeling in right side and top of Head

I have a pain in my right side of head and moves from back to top. Its not that painful but I know its there. It just pops up at any time of the day sometimes always at night when it time for bed. Right now I can feel it and it morning. What is this feeling. Should I be concerned?

I also have a nominal pain in the right side of my head (its always there, constant), starting in the back radiating up about mid-way. Mine came on in the summer of 2006 and never went away. ive been to many doctors and no one told my anything. had an mri, didnt find anything, now im going to a chiro. but its not helping. ive tried all kinds of meds. but they only take the pain away, not fix the problem so I dont take them. Any help would be wonderful!! I would love for this to go away some day :-)

I'm currently feeling the same pain in the same area only on the left side of the head. I've had it for about a week. Would be great to hear some ideas.
