thank u for the advice
Hi,
Thanks for the update. If this is the case then I would suggest you to consult a neurologist. It is important to find out the cause of memory loss because memory loss due to migraines is short lived and does not persist long after the attack is over.
it may not be due to anxiety or stress because im taking antenolol which is a beta blocker and also a anti axiety drug therfore it should realy supress it if it was due to anxiety
Hi,
Short term memory loss is a feature of migraines. However memory loss is more prominent during the attack and for some time after the attack. Memory is good as before once the acute attacks subside.
Memory loss that you are suffering could also be due to anxiety or stress. I would suggest you to take magnesium supplements as they have been known to reduce the frequency of attacks. Also do some deep breathing exercises and meditation everyday. This will help you relax and regain focus. Good luck!
it happends when i have the migraine and also after the actual attack
