whats going on

here are my symptoms:
-throbbing in my head when i stand
-double vision
-mild twitching
-slurring words / communication issues
-loss of peripheral vision
-headache when i get out of bed but goes away later in the day
-excessive lack of motivation or concentration issue (even while doing something i love)
-weakness
-pressure behind my eyes
-on certain occasions my eyes delay. like it takes longer than usual to process what im looking at (mostly with words)
-lightheaded and vision fade black (but then fades back to normal) upon standing
i have never suffered from headaches before. i have never had perfect vision, but these symptoms are new.

All of your symptoms I have endured, excepting two, are for me Just Migraine. Very possible something more is going on, Of Course!!  You mention light headed ness on standing w a kind of black out sensation- that sounds exactly like what I experienced due to low b.p.  the lack of motivation, concentration, sounds like mild depression which is comorbid  w depression. Really just wanted to ask you to check your bp as soon as possible! It's an easy free or cheap teats, and a potentially life threatening condition.  It's so frustrating when you have tons of weird symptoms, it's possible you could have different causes, or it could definitely just be classic migraine w aura- good luck, best wishes

  Hi...I can only suggest u go to ur Dr get tested, blood panels, and a brain and cervical spine MRI.....

  Low levels of vitamins and minerals can produce some of the symptoms u mentioned....and they can also be a result of a neuro issue...so do get the MRI;s done as well and see what ur Dr can find and post an update.
