I'm really interested in what Native "issues" people want to talk about.

I've never lived on the reservation but have spent a lot of time there. In Canada, we call them "reserves". As a child I heard everything from Elvis to our "traditional" songs. The drums were an important part of our music and our culture.
What songs did you hear growing up? Did you go to school on the reservation?
