treatment for a malign head and neck tumour

About three years ago my mother (she is now 51 years old) was diagnosed with a clivus tumour, and had a laser operation followed by the diagnosis of epidermal keratinizing carcinoma, treated through radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Everything seemed to work fine until last summer when the headaches returned. The nuclear magnetic resonance exam showed a severe extension of the tumour and the doctors from the oncology section said there was nothing left to do and gave me a prescription for morphine. At the neurosurgery section they said they cannot operate her as there are several nerves and blood vessels affected by the tumour and she would definitely end up with paralysis or die during the operation.
Her condition is still good, she walks by herself, she eats surprisingly well, only suffering from some headaches or discomfort in the head and neck area.
I just can't believe or accept that she is supposed to stay home and wait to die.
I would do anything to save her life, despite the difficult financial situation. However, I couldn't find any information abroad, and no one accepted to see the test results and the magnetic resonance exam sent by email and tell me if there is anything they can do.
I hope you understand it would be very difficult to travel to a clinic abroad just for them to see thetest results, without knowing whether there's a chance or not. My salary is of only 500 E/month, and I have to support my parents and cover my mother's treatment as well. A trip abroad would be expensive and possibly wit no results. Is there anyone who would take a look at the tests and tell me whether she can be operated or not. In case of a positive answer I would of course travel to the respective clinic at any costs, but I can't afford to do it in vain.
Thank you very much.

Dear Mr. Abhijeet Ghosh,
Thank you for your interest. My mother just went through another magnetic resonance examination and I will have the results within two or three days. I could also send you the electronic format of the results, for a clearer view on the situation. Is there an email address I could send it to?
I will get back with the reports as soon as possible.
Thank you very much!
Best wishes!

Dear Friend,
I understand that sometimes we really feel helpless.
But if the doctors have said that the extension of the tumor is such that , it's involving the nerves, then surgery becomes really difficult.
However if you will feel satisfied, if i read the results of the test, then you can post on this forum , so that i can read them fully.
But the fact is that , if the treating doctor is not ready to do the surgery, then we don't have much options left.
Unless we get some doctor, who is really comfortable to do this surgery, we really can't take a chance. The second problem is that, if the doctor agrees for the surgery, you also need to accept the complications of the surgery.
I hope you understood my point.
Please post all the reports related to your mother...
Regards..
