Speaking and inability to concentrate

For last one year a peculiar thing is happening. In the morning my face is totally swollen up incl brain fog, totally confused, dont know what I am tailking, including the actions , focussing of eyes,difficulty & reluctancy in speaking , sort of tongue tied, now i HAVE BECOME CONSCIOUS ALSO, BECAUSE OF THIS ELSE I WAS AN ORATOR WHO CAN SPEAK FOR HOURS . Slight headache is always there, stiffness in and around mouth. all the possible test has been done to include MRI of brain ,spine, cardio test, eyes, ear, blood, urine. Nothing has been revealed. They are saying carotid artery stenosis but the doctor says it is not the real cause. I am a smoker. kindly help me with some medication URGENTLY. When I am lying down I am perfectly normal

I think somehow I have been able to diagnose thru your site which really had been a tremendous help. Presently I am taking B 12 vitamins twice a day and I am perfectly fine. All the symptoms has suddenly vanished.

Dear Ajay,
As far as i understood, all the important investigations have been performed.But there was no abnormality detected in those investigation reports. Then how was the diagnosis of " Carotid Artery Stenosis" made?
I will not be able to pin-point the diagnosis in your case as i have not physically examined you.
The best way out would be taking a second  opinion.
The most probable diagnosis are -
1) Carotid artery Stenosis.
2) Lack of sleep/Stress
3) Migraine.
4) Tumor
5) Eye weakness.
6) Ambylopia
7) Idiopathic
8) Transient attacks/ Postural
9) Miscellaneous.
Since there are so many probabilities, hence i would suggest you to take a second opinion as real time examination helps in these conditions.
