Dear Buddy,
That a lot of pain medications you have been taking.I would suggest you to go for an epidural steroid injection in the back.

Dear Virlong19,
You have specifically asked me,whether the surgery is required or not.
To begin with, you have lot of positive findings on the MRI.But we don;t treat the MRI report.Because the human body has a great capacity to adjust with the changes.
So i need you to think and analyze the following questions of mine -
1) Have you taken medical treatment for more than 6 weeks for your pain without any improvement?
2)Do you have persistent numbness?
3)Do you have any loss of muscle power?
4)Do you have any loss of sensations in some particular body part?
If out of these 4 questions, more than 2 are "YES", then you need a surgery.
Else you don't require a surgery and start/continue with the Medical treatment.
I hope my questionnaire was self explanatory.Feel free to discuss more.
Regards
