hemifacial spasm following plastic surgery on neck and face

In 2004 I had platysmaplasty.  In 2005 I had diagnosis of mild hemifacial spasm, which went away over time, recurring occasionally.  In 2007 I had a lower face lift and brow lift.  In 2009 and 2010 I have had Restylane injections, all by the same plastic surgeon.  My hemifacial spasm has suddenly worsened, now involving a stiff neck as well as eye and cheek spasms.  Can this all have been caused by my plastic surgery?  Thank you.

Dear Friend,
Well i can't say 100%, but , yes, probability is there that the same may have been caused by your treating doctor. But in this case scenario, i won't be able to pin-point the cause of the same as i have not examined you myself.
So please consult your same doctor as trust factor needs to be examined in this case.
Post consultation, lets have a discussion also, to formulate a plan of action.
