Hello.

It is difficult to diagnose the condition with this much information, but looks more like an 'absence seizure'.

It is important to know since when he is having the 'seizures'. If it is a recent development, a prompt treatment is warranted. Seizures in this age affect the overall development, if not treated appropriately.

Hi,

There can be many reasons for EEG showing sudden bursts of electrical acivity like epilepsy, infections, stroke etc.
There is a possibility that your child did have a seizure, but it is important to get the 24 hr recording.
Did he have any other symptom apart from dizziness?
