Always feeling strang

I don't know why but I never feel right anymore, I always feel weird.  I have had bloodwork done an everything came back normal!  I do take 5mg of lisinopril for blood pressure.  My doc just says it's anxiety but doesn't feel I need to be sent for any other testing!  I just don't know what to do??!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dear Franceslee, welcome to medhelp forum.  It is good that the blood workup came normal. Have you been maintaining your blood pressure adequately with lisinopril 5mg? Get a checkup of basal blood pressure for about 3 days in the morning and evening to reassure good control. Try to relax and join a peer group. Eat your meals regularly and devise an exercise routine. You must also regularize your sleep habits and try reading good literature. This should reduce your anxiety levels. If anxiety persists, we will need further investigation.
You are welcome with any further clarification.
Wish you all the best.
