Am I getting retarded?

I am not sure what to call this and not to offend anyone but I feel like I become retarded sometimes, like I have cerebal palsey or something but I know it's not that. It is VERY scary. I will explain in brief:
I get a pain like a shock in my gutt, I feel crampy suddenly, light headed, dizzy, seeing white, my hands curl INWARDS and get all tingly like they are asleep, and I turn really pale, get hot and cold and wet, then I fall to my knees and the major pain starts in my back and stomach sometimes after this, about 10 mins or so after. Sometimes I get so major cramping, just the feeling that I am serious going to die and I do all I can not to pass out. I lay down flat on my back and breathe slowly. Does ANYONE know what this is?
Sometimes it happens while driving, sometimes when I get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. I am in my 30's now and it has been going on since I was a teen ager. In 10th grade, I had to lay down on the cold bathroom floor at school, the teacher came in to see what was taking me so long and ASSUMED I was hungover or drunk, or on drugs. This caused a lot of problems! My mom had to meet with all the school administration. I didn't drink and have NEVER taken drugs. I do not know what this is. Seizures? Retardation? The water? HELP PLEASE! Anyone!
Sincerely, Sophie

Hi Sophie! and thanks for replying to my post!!!
What you are describing sounds very much to me like it might be anxiety or stress related(severe anxiety attacks). I am in no way a medical professional but I myself sometimes get hyper/anxious and have physical symptoms like the pain you described(but not as severe).
I hope that you find an diagnosis/cure soon for your problem and strongly advise you to seek help through a doctor.Good luck and try to keep positive!!! Ash

I don't know what it is, but I DO know it is NOT retardation.

I'm not a doc or medical professional or anything, but it sounds like some kind of seizure, maybe?  Or something related to how your nerves are connected in your body?

Are you eating a well-balanced diet and not waiting too long between meals?  Just wondering.

As for the symptoms, if you do not get up to go to the bathroom (let's say you stop drinking water or tea etc at 7 pm) and go to the bathroom before going to bed at eleven, will this wake you up in the middle of the night, or will you sleep through the night?  Is it related to head movements, or maybe when you turn your head while driving? Is it more often when you stand up or sit? Are your arms in a certain position when you feel your hands curl inwards?  Is your body aligned or turned?

Please be careful driving!!!  This sounds so debilitating!
