Any quick eye movement cause weird sensation like slight dizziness

Eye movements at times gives me a sensation or feeling of dizziness or the initial faint like feeling, without fainting or continuous dizziness. Seems stop when looking ahead. This doesn't happen regularly, but when it does it can last a few days, then goes away. Sometimes a mild headache comes and goes. I read of someone with similar issues dated sometime 2013, but no real good suggestions or answers. I have asked regular MD, but no real answer either. Anyone else out there with similar symptoms and any suggestions that helped.
