Arachnoid cysts

How come there seems to be no one who can understand my condition. I have been suffering from vertigo, head "pressure" (not head ache)  nausea, my ears have a vibrating alomost buzzing sound  and they feel full all the time and sometimes they pop when swallowing, I have problems walking and I have a lot of head pressure when I try to think. I had CT done and they find an arachnoid cyst 1.7x 1.2 cm located adjacent to the right frontal lobe, it also shows there is a "large CSF in the Sella and the pituitary gland has a concave appearance and is thinned, consistent with empty Sella variant. The last Neurologist says that I have Thoracic Outlet Symdrome and I probably do since I do have problems with my neck, my question is are the vertigo hearing loss gaint problem and memory problem connected to the cyst or the T.O.S ?

Hi, probably your symptoms are related with arachnoid cyst as symptoms due to thoracic outlet syndrome include neck, shoulder, and arm pain, numbness, or impaired circulation to the extremities (causing discoloration). Often symptoms are reproduced when the arm is positioned above the shoulder or extended. Patients can have a wide spectrum of symptoms from mild and intermittent, to severe and constant. Pains can extend to the fingers and hands, causing weakness. Please visit website http://www.medicinenet.com/thoracic_outlet_syndrome/article.htm for more information.
