Back and Leg pain

How serious is my MRI reading Incidental note is made of a rounded focus of abnorbal signal within the prosterior aspect of the T12 vertebra.  This finding has the appearance of a small hemangioma.
Impression:
1.  Large right posterolaterial disc protrusion L4-L5 with high-grade compromise of right L4-L5 neural foramen.  Please correlate with distribution of any radicular sysptoms.

2.  Diffuse disc bulges L3-L4 and L5-Sl with moderate bilaterial neural foraminal compromise at L5-S1 level.

Welcome to the medhelp neurology forum. Thanks for writing in. What is your neurological compromise? Do you have any burning pain in your thighs, legs or feet? Any debilitating low back ache? Any tingling and numbness in a dermatome in thigh, leg or foot? Any difficulty in leg raising? You have to correlate these symptoms with the MRI findings. If you have any symptoms suggestive of neural compromise you need to go back to your neurosurgeon with your MRI for considering treatment options including surgical interventions. The hemangioma possibility at T12 vertebral level needs immediate attention for the risk of uncontrollable bleeding.
I hope this helps. Take care and keep me posted.
