not sure whats going on with me

i feel weak, dizzy as f im standing on clouds, brainfog, i have had eye inflamation which was treated with steroids and i have been left with floaters, get weird sensations on my lips, cheeks and eyebrows like a tingling feeling, i have had bloodsugar levels drop a few times, causing me to faint hypoglycemia symptoms too but sugar level hasn't dropped no more, my blood pressure and heart rate is lower then it normally was, also have lost weight, get heart palpations from my stomach to my chest and not sure if its normla never really looked before but can see my heart beat hard on my stomach too,. recent blood test show calcium defficiecy and slightly raised total protien, i have been tested for thyroid, diabtetes, celieac disease, hepatitis all neg (i have fatty liver which caused mild raised of alt). a ct scan of the brain which was normal.

i had a car accident 2 years ago with whip lash, leaving my right leg weak and right arm with back pains and front right chest pains, not had any xrays or checks by drs, they said its muscle as i can move fine, even though i couldnt sit for longer then 30min, a year later i began physio, as my back pains didnt go away, so this therapyst popped my back i could hear it pop from top to bottom, he did this in 2 sessions, a week and a half later, i began to have one sided headaches, my left eye was drooping down too for 2 days, weakness in my arms and body, palptations, photo phobia, light senstivity, pain and burning in the eyes, nausia, heat would make me worse with panic attacks, my blood pressure was very low when i tested on my mothers bp machine, i went to drs they would say its depression, then they blamed it on liver, which i was told to lose weight for.

it's been 10 months now, im left with weakness, lethargic feeling, body aches, alittle nausia, indigestion problems, alot of palptations and my heart rate is slower then it was before including the bp at times is lower then normal
i have had a ecg and a blood test once as i was getting pains on  my left side, came back fine

i have had high cholestrol which i have been working on lowering, maybe thats what caused the calcium difficeincy.
somone mentioned spine issues that have irritated the Vagus Nerve or adrenals being damaged too and a tia attack, corotid artery?

any suggestions?

thanks

Hi, Thank you for question. Usually, such symptoms may result due to post-concussion syndrome and may last for weeks or months after the injury that caused from the injury of a fall, vehicle accident, or sports injury.  For treatment approach, first it is essential to get (MRI) done to detect the brain or spinal abnormalities after that injury. Treatment commonly may be suggested for symptoms such as pain-killers, some antidepressants, physical therapy and regular exercises. If you suffer continuous headache, please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the possibilities here and can provide you an appropriate treatment. Further referral to a psychologist may be also helpful in order to treat usual anxiety or depression after such injuries (sometimes one may have) that may be one of the aggravating factors for persistent symptoms. Hope this information proves helpful to you. Take Care & Regards!!!
