why is my right eye hard to open in the morning?

My right eye only is hard to open in the morning. It takes around 5 minutes for my right eye to fully open. It just started about 2 weeks ago. It feels like there's cardboard behind my eyelid. There is no discharge. I wear eyeglasses for nearsightedness and can tell my right eye is weaker than the left. My right eye is slower to move.  I have to sleep on my right side due to a broken clavicle but don't think this has anything to do with anything- just thought I would mention it. I'm a 30 year old woman. I take zero medications. I take b-12 supplements, chlorella, vitamin c from time to time and vitamin d. I exercise everyday and eat super healthy. I have no medical conditions.
