MRI Findings

I have been have odd symptoms since Dec 2011. I get this weird drunk dizziness that usually lasts for a few weeks than goes away and comes back, I get these weird cramping pulling pains in both arms and legs, I don't sleep, Horrible acid reflux, vision problems, ear popping, buzzing, pain, and when all of this happens I usally get muscle jerks and spasms everywhere and my neck has this horrible tense feeling like I pulled something. Well all my blood tests came back normal, cat scans normal, hearing test showed I had slight hearing loss in both ears, and I just got the MRI results for my brain & it said everything is ok except " There is asymmetric enlargement of the right Meckel's cave with increased CSF." POSSIBLE benign cyst communicating with the right Meckel's cav. No acute intracranial pressure.

Welcome to the Neurology Forum.  I'm not sure if you had a specific question or not.  It is probably safe to say that your cyst is causing your symptoms. The brain, location of the cyst, etc is very complicated.  Further imaging will most likely be done.

It is a good sign that there is no increased intracranial pressure.

What feedback has your neurologist given you? These symptoms must be uncomfortable and painful. Is your neuro giving you meds to help with this? It's awful not being able to sleep when your body needs it so badly with pain, jerks and spasms.

Keep us posted and try to get that rest you need.

Lyme Disease can cause your symptoms (except for a cyst in the brain).

Check out the symptoms in this document to see if you think it could be a possibility for you. http://www.ilads.org/lyme_disease/B_guidelines_12_17_08.pdf

And yes, there is Lyme Disease on Florida!
