Brain stem tumour help

On the behalf of someone else.
HELP ME SAVE MY BROTHER!! Please all share so it will get as far as possible. This is an appeal to anyone that can help, surgeons willing to take a risk or know of anyone that has medical or pharmaceutical knowledge. Alex is 32 and has a brain stem tumour (glioma) it is inoperable under the NHS. The only option he had been given was radiotherapy treatment. The side effects for this could result in mutation of his ears making him deaf. Damaging brain cells causing brain damage and also will not cure but maybe shrink the tumour. He decided for those reasons not to go ahead with this. We need help if anyone can offer helpful suggestions give any knowledge from the uk or overseas of how we can rid him of this horrific situation. He is a keen fisherman, gamer and loves to make music at the moment he has no mobility and cannot talk more than a few words. Please help me.
