Apologies. Cupital tunnel syndrome is possible to get 3yrs later. I have a little bit of it myself. Every so often I get new symptoms, most of which do not stay, but some do, & I broke my neck in 2006. Don't be surprised if you develop new symptoms years down the road. As we age, our body changes & thus the fracture & nerves around it change. Be aware, but don't freak out about every little ping, or sting... see the doc for those symptoms lasting longer than 3 months.
Absolutely. I also have a C7 fracture. Well, compression fracture from a near fatal MVA. Since the fracture, I've had nothing but problems with my hands, fingers & even wrists. There is also a nerve in the neck that is directly responsible for the feeling in the last 3-4 fingers: pinky, ringfinger & middle. However, if those 3 fingers go completely numb, turn white & are cold, it's an issue with circulation. Hope this helps. Good luck!
