CT Scan on 86 Year Old Male

Can someone please translate this into layman terms?  Thank you!

Marked widening of the cerebral sulci is again seen, keeping with generally advanced cerebral atrophy.
There are stable circumscribed tiny low attenuating foci in the bilateral lentiform nuclei and head of the right
caudate nucleus, compatible with old lacunar infarcts. Another tiny low attenuating focus has developed in the left thalamus (34/2), also in keeping with an old lacunar infarct. The previously noted minor patchy low attenuating change in the periventricular white matter have not significantly progressed and are consistent with chronic small vessel ischemic change.
