Thought it was trigeminal neuralgia, but the back of my head hurts too now

For the past three months what was just numbness around the mouth from an accident years ago, I started feeling electrical burning and like I’m in a freezer. It’s processed very fast to the whole right side of my face and my tounge. The back of my head seemed sore at night and I thought stupidly it was from lying down too much because I’m sick, but it feels like a dull ache with some throbbing in the back of my head. My B12 was 3,000 almost so my nutritional professor said your folate might be hiding it.... so I just started taking folate supplements. Not sure of how much to take, but I think I obviously was not getting enough after a diet analysis... it was the worst one, but that was not included in the labs. Sugar and cholesterol and everything else was good. TSH was 1.9, but instead of disguise it with meds and get the side effects I was hoping to stop it from progressing
