1. No acute intracranial abnormality.
2. Old right MCA territory infarction, Wallerian degeneration of the
right corticospinal tract, chronic microhemorrhages or disease.
HEAD CTA:
1. Severely diseased nondominant right vertebral artery with marked
stenosis and short segmental occlusion of its distal segment.
2. Right paraclinoid ICA moderate stenosis. Moderate stenosis of the
distal intradural left vertebral artery and at the left
vertebrobasilar junction.
3. Attenuated right MCA vascular tree in the zone of chronic
infarction.
4. Extradural cavernous left ICA 2 mm aneurysm.
5. Apparent linear filling defect within the middle and proximal
thirds of the superior sagittal sinus, either mixing artifact or
chronic nonocclusive thrombus.
